What data, and why

We collect only what you enter in a contact form: last name, first name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the service concerned, the municipality or address of the property, the postcode, your target timing and the text of your message.

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible mandate. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

The site operates no prospect database. Your enquiry is sent by email to a mandate lead and kept in that mailbox for as long as it is being handled, then in line with our statutory retention obligations.

A technical log of the form (timestamp, outcome of the anti-spam checks, IP address truncated on its last octet) is kept for 30 days to prevent abuse, then deleted automatically.

Audience measurement

No measurement cookie is set without your explicit agreement. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used; you can change that choice at any time.

Processors

Hosting and mail: Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland), with data hosted in Switzerland.

Typefaces: the Newsreader and IBM Plex Sans fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google LLC. No cookie is set by that request.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to its processing. Write to kadir@kyparticipation.ch; we answer as promptly as we can.

You may also refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The form is protected by an anti-CSRF token, a honeypot field, a minimum completion delay and a limit on the number of submissions per connection. No file is uploaded at this stage.
