Construction management and energy retrofit
We run the site on your behalf: contractors awarded, schedule held, costs controlled, snags cleared before the keys are handed over. On existing buildings, the energy retrofit sits within the same mandate — audit, envelope, heating and subsidies.
How a project runs
Specifications trade by trade, bids compared line by line.
Sequencing of works, contractual milestones, negotiated delay penalties.
Weekly financial position, every variation approved before it is executed.
Snags cleared, final account settled, complete as-built file handed over.
From the audit to the subsidy payment
On an existing building, the energy upgrade is run like the rest of the works: within the same schedule, under the same cost control, without interrupting use of the building.
Actual consumption, energy rating, order of priority for the works and return on investment.
External insulation, roof, windows: address heat loss before the heating plant.
Replacement of fossil-fuel plant, heat pumps, rooftop solar.
Applications filed, supporting documents tracked, grants received before the works close.

Frequently asked questions
Will you take over a site already under way?
Yes, after a joint condition survey and the transfer of the contracts in place.
How often are we kept informed?
One site report per week, and a financial review at every milestone.
Who signs the contractor agreements?
You remain the signatory. We prepare, negotiate and recommend; the decision is yours.
Does the building have to be emptied for an energy retrofit?
Rarely. Phasing is built around the tenants, working stairwell by stairwell or façade by façade.
Do subsidies cover a meaningful share?
Depending on the canton and the measures chosen, they reduce the investment appreciably. The calculation is done before any decision.
Can you build on an audit that has already been carried out?
Yes. We check its assumptions and move straight to the works programme.
