A success fee on completion, as a percentage or a fixed amount depending on the operation, agreed in writing before any introduction.
Does my file stay confidential?
Nothing is circulated. Every introduction is made by name and subject to your prior agreement.
Are you a broker or an estate agent?
No. We make introductions and can then support the operation, without substituting for the notary or the managing agent.
